Mark is a Leader and Consultant with extensive experience of high growth ventures in the UK and over 20 international markets. His specific areas of expertise are strategic planning, personal and team development and business model replication.
Mark helped to set up franchising at Costa Coffee over a decade ago, and then helped to replicate and roll it out to over 20 countries. During that time he worked in marketing, operational, business development and strategic roles. He also worked on the integration of the Coffee Heaven acquisition in Poland and led the turn round of Costa’s Russian business. Prior to that he held marketing roles in Whitbread pubs, the Association of Train Operating Companies and First Choice Holidays.
